DESCRIPTION:Greetngs Area Employers!\n\n \n\nAre you interested in mentoring a youth in your career\, providing him or her with an opportunity to gain first-hand workplace experience while making a long-lasting postive impact on their life?  \n\n \n\nMy name is Scott Reilly and I work with Employer Relations for the Escondido Education COMPACT's Summer YouthForce Program.  I work with employers who are interested in partnering with us and mentoring youth in career development internships for the summer.  Education COMPACT is placing youth with city and county government\, health care providers\, and private businesses here in North County and we are constantly looking for new employer partners.\n\n \n\nOur partner employers commit to either 120-240 hour internships with youth in which COMPACT provides the youth with job skills and training\, summer long support\, and a paycheck.  We also attempt to match our youth in fields that they are interested in and with employers whom we feel would benefit as well.
