DESCRIPTION:North County Lifeline helping identify people experiencing homelessness in San Diego! Please join us to support the annual We All Count Campaign. Partnering with organizations across San Diego\, this campaign brings together the Regional Task Force on Homeless\, community volunteers and service providers to identify people experiencing homelessness in our communities. The purpose is to conduct a street outreach count of those in need of services. \n\n\n\nVolunteers will count all individuals who spent the night in conditions considered unsheltered. This includes park benches\, sidewalks\, tents\, vehicles\, and RV's. Ending homelessness begins with one person at a time.
