DESCRIPTION:MiraCosta Horticulture Club Meeting The MiraCosta Horticulture Club will meet November 4th at 12:30PM\, at MiraCosta College\, One Barnard Dr.\, Oceanside. The November meeting only will be at T430 on the other side of the clock tower. Parking for T430 is OC-4E. ( See http://www.miracosta.edu/officeofthepresident/pio/downloads/map_oc.pdf for more detail. The workshop will be sharing our "best practices" from our own gardens. It should be fun and informative. Our main speaker will be Bob Holzinger who will talk about "Passiflora grown outdoors in Southern California". He is a member of the CA Rare Fruit Growers since 1984 and a passionate grower and photographer of Passiflora\, which he learned from Patrick Worley\, a renowned grower and hybridizer of Passiflora. After the main speaker is finished there will be a plant raffle. The meetings generally finish around 3PM. The meeting is open to the public.
