After years of the CA legislature and municipalities continuing to march forward with landlord hostile legislation that does NOTHING to stabilize rents\, + the CA insurance crisis that is bearing down on property owners and causing skyrocketing policy renewals and cancellations\, + the extraordinary cost of doing business in CA...it seems like the right time to meet up and brainstorm ideas for how the majority of rental housing providers (70% of rental housing in CA is provided by small mom and pop owners) can weather the storm. Feel free to share this post with other local small housing providers.
