DESCRIPTION:Soroptimist International of Vista sponsors bi-monthly North County anti-Human Trafficking Collaborative meetings which seek to educate and raise awareness about the crimes of human trafficking\, specifically\, the sexual exploitation of women and children. Our speaker Patricia (Patty) Secor\, RN SANE-A\, is a Forensic Nurse specializing as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) since 2006. One of her passions is training in the field of Forensics. She mentors new forensic nurses in the skills required for examining victims of sexual assault.
