The run will also highlight the Navy's iconic LCACs (Landing Craft Air Cushion) along the course and in the venue.\n\n\n\nGeneral Public Can Attend\n\nSemper Fitmas & Elf Run is now open to the general public with the following stipulations:\n\n \n\n\n Those without base access must do one of the following:Arrange to be sponsored by an authorized base patron to obtain a visitors pass.\n Arrange to be escorted in on race morning by an authorized base patron.\n Sign up for the race\, bring your confirmation email (printed or on your phone)\, Real ID or passport\, car insurance\, and vehicle registration to the Visitor Center prior to event day to obtain a 1-day pass.\n\n\nOther Restrictions\n\n\n You will need to pass a background check (at the Visitor Center) to obtain a visitor pass.\n Those under the age of 18 cannot obtain a visitor pass and must be escorted on base.\n Those in possession of a visitor pass cannot escort another adult who doesn't have a pass.\n\n\nPlease do not register for the run unless these requirements have been coordinated. Enter the main gate and continue on Vandegrift for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left at Ash Road/Stuart Mesa Road. Stay on Stuart Mesa Road for 3 miles then turn left at Donald Cook Road. Pulgas Gate I-5 Southbound Take the Pulgas exit and turn left. Enter the Pulgas gate and stay to the right until you reach Stuart Mesa Road. Turn right at Stuart Mesa Road and continue 4.5 miles then turn right at Donald Cook Road.
