DESCRIPTION:Free skateboarding instruction for girls ages 4-16 will take place Saturday February 8th 3-5pm at the California Training Facility in Vista. Exposure Skate is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to empowering women\, girls and nonbinary individuals through skateboarding and teaching compassion through service. Its youth program\, Skate Rising\, provides free skate lessons for girls ages 4-16 with Olympic and professional skateboarders volunteering as instructors. The theme for February's Skate Rising is "Small Acts of Kindness\," where clinic participants will learn ways to uplift others through simple yet impactful friendly gestures.
