She will also share lessons Southwest has learned along the way.\n\nOctober 28: Part Two: Seven Steps to an Effective Social Media Strategy\nSpeaker: Linda Zimmer is CEO of MarCom:Interactive\, organizational strategies and education at the intersection of new media and digital behaviors\nLinda Zimmer will share seven essential steps needed to create the right strategy to drive any social media initiative.
