Through hands-on activities\, science experiments\, and art projects\, campers will learn about the nutritional benefits of each hue\, connecting them to various parts of the body and essential vitamins and minerals.\n\nWe will investigate the secrets of Blue Zone countries\, where longevity is attributed to wholesome diets abundant in colorful produce. Campers will engage in discussions about seasonal crops\, weather patterns\, and the anatomy of plants\, gaining a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of food and nature.\n\nBy the end of our rainbow-filled adventure\, campers will emerge as budding nutritionists\, equipped with the knowledge and enthusiasm to embrace a lifestyle filled with delicious\, nutritious foods.
