Do you frequently find yourself struggling with feelings of anxiety\, stress\, sadness\, and/or anger? Are you curious to discover tools that can help balance your nervous system\, enabling you to shift your body's sympathetic response (commonly known as "fight or flight") to parasympathetic response (commonly known as "rest and digest")?\n \n\nIt is in this spirit that we are honored to offer a special event hosted by Mary Stockton of The Clearing Center.\n\n\n\nMary is a trained expert in the art of Transformational Breath . Transformational Breath  is a complete self-healing system which uses conscious breathing to facilitate improved well-being\, inner peace and greater joy in life. Transformational Breath  is a unique form of Breathwork.\n \n\nIt works by facilitating the natural healing process for all types of trauma\, is beneficial in gaining greater physical\, mental and spiritual health\, and in maintenance of optimal health.\n\n\n\nThis event will be held in the calming comfort of the Cat & Craft Cat Lounge ??\n\nYou'll have the company and support of our furry adoptable kitties in addition to Mary's expert guidance!\n\n\n\nWhen?\n\nWednesday August 24th from 6 - 7PM (please arrive early so we can begin on time)\n\nWhat should I bring?\n\nPlease bring two pillows\, a yoga mat\, a blanket\, and dress comfortably.\n\n\n\nYou can learn more about Mary and the offerings of The Clearing Center at their website: https://theclearingcenter.com
