Rita Saliba Nasrallah\, Founder of Blissful Seeds\, will present a program on how her organization empowers a generation of artists with Autism and other developmental disabilities. \n\nBlissful Seeds is dedicated to creating an environment for adults with autism and other disabilities to thrive through employment and entrepreneurship opportunities in San Diego. The organization nurtures entrepreneurial spirit\, offering tools\, resources\, and support to help individuals realize their business dreams.\n\nBlissful Seeds empowers artists and craft makers by providing them with a store to sell their creations. Individuals with differing abilities create their art at Blissful Seeds Atelier\, and through Blissful Ventures\, career plans are developed and realized.\n\nAs a mother of an autistic son\, Rita Saliba Nasrullah has a personal understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with developmental disabilities when it comes to venturing into the world of entrepreneurship. Embarking on the entrepreneurial journey of owning a business and hustling to make ends meet from handmade creations is a true test of character that demands unwavering patience\, unwavering commitment\, deep knowledge\, and the ability to navigate various domains and systems to achieve success.
