Part of the "What Music Means to Me" exhibition series, Alive Inside is a joyous cinematic exploration of music's capacity to reawaken and uncover the deepest parts of our humanity. The film traces Dan Cohn, founder of the nonprofit organization Music & Memory, on his journey to help those with Alzheimer's and other dementias reawaken their souls through the simple, profound experience of listening to their favorite music. Following the film professionals in the field will be discussing the topic.
