Breakfast with the DLSE
We invite you to join us as we again welcome Senior Labor Commissioner Linda Aguilar of the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement for a special presentation. Commissioner Aguilar plans to discuss the long-awaited California Supreme Court decision relating to employer responsibilities to provide meal and rest breaks in the case of Brinker Restaurant Corp. et al. v. San Diego Superior Court. The presentation will focus on wage and hour issues, including classifying employees as exempt vs. non-exempt.
A question and answer session will follow the presentation!
