Funky Friday Flow - 80’s Theme!
Shake up your routine and kick off the weekend with a high-energy, feel-good practice! This isn’t your typical yoga class. We’ll be blending dynamic movement, balancing and breath work with an upbeat, fun vibe, all set to a fresh themed playlist every month. Get ready to flow & groove your way into the weekend with style! Each class will conclude with a short sound bath in savasana.
The theme is 80’s, so feel free to dress in your best 80’s gear!
