The San Diego Audubon Society will hold a free three-day Native Gardening workshop Nov. 5, 12 and 19 at the Anstine Audubon Nature Preserve. The workshop will give tips on and go over the best tips on and go over the best practices for creating a water-saving garden. Attendees will go on a field trip to a native palnt nursery or open space and be treated to a free light breakfast and lunch. Participants are asked to commit to 20 hours of volunteering at the preserve in return for the free workshop.
