At 7PM, the Museum presents the third concert of its Global Spotlight Concert Series featuring kora virtuoso AMADOU FALL and guitarist IBRAHIMA BA. Amadou Fall is a native to Senegal and a master of the kora, a 21-stringed, harp-like instrument that is made from wood, calabash (gourd), and hide. With over 20 years of experience, Amadou has performed with artists such as Baba Maal, Fatou Lowbe, Ibrahim Ba, Djembe Rhythm, Irene Tassambendo and many more in venues spanning the globe. He currently resides in California where he hopes to bring people from all walks of life together in peace with music from Africa. Tickets are $25, $20 for members, and $18 for students.
