All businesses are required to take reasonable measures to provide and maintain a harassment free workplace. In order to establish compliance, businesses should provide harassment prevention training to all employees to help protect their employees and business.
Every two years-California's AB1825 places additional specific requirements on businesses with 50 or more employees. In addition to the requirements placed on all businesses, these businesses are required to provide at least two hours of harassment prevention training to all supervisors at least once every two years and to provide this training to all new and newly promoted supervisors within six months of hire or promotion. This training must meet strict requirements.
Our interactive program provides easy to understand and follow guidelines, real-life examples and practical tips. The program is taught by licensed California attorneys who are also experienced educators and will enable you to establish compliance with legal requirements. We receive great reviews on our training programs.
