Mr. Vista Pageant

Come find out who will be our first ever Mr. Vista!
This is not a stiff, serious pageant...it will be a fun, lighthearted event where the guys are encouraged to show their personalities on stage. Requirements to become Mr. Vista are simple:
*Live, work or attend school in the Vista Unified School District (t...his includes parts of other cities!)
*Parents live or work in Vista Unified School District
*Contestant must be of good moral character. Contestant must not have appeared nude or partially nude in any photo, movie, video, publication or event and must agree not to appear in such during the year of his reign.
*Be 14-28 years old as of November 20, 2010.

The pageant will be fairly simple. The guys will have a fun opening introduction routine that we will teach you (minimal "dancing", more of a walking pattern). It will mostly be coming through the audience at the start of the pageant to get the crowd pumped up. They will then be judged on sportswear (wearing actual sports stuff i.e. football jersey, swimtrunks, etc. NO SPEEDOS!!!), dressy outfit (could be anything from dockers and button down shirt, maybe something with a funky tie, or even more formal...this is up to their creativity) and onstage question (we will make them easy and fun).

We will crown 2 court members and a Mr. Vista. Age range is 14-24 and we now have prizes!!!! There will be a $200 gift card for the winner as well as movie tickets and bowling passes for every contestant. This is a work in progress and we are still trying to find more prize. The winner gets a man crown (think black velvet thingy) and a black sash with gold letters and of course bragging rights that they are Mr. Vista!! Their only required duties will be appearing at the Miss Vista Pageants in April.
