'Song and Soup' concert slated
United Methodist Church of Vista will hold its seventh annual "Song and Soup" concert at 6 p.m. Aug. 5 at 490 S. Melrose Drive. A picnic will take place at 5 p.m. The concert features the Chancel Choir, Handbell Choirs and participants in the summer music camp. Bring a picnic, or a box lunch (Submarina) can be purchased in advance. Cost is $6 per person for lawn, $8 per person for tables and group seating and $9 per person for front row center tables.
