Strategic Career Planning: A 10-Step Guide to Realizing Your Potential (SCP) provides access to a best-in-class career development program for up-and-coming business leaders of Carlsbad, Oceanside, and Vista.
Participants
This program is designed for highly motivated, engaged, and hard working business professionals from a wide variety of industries. Participants must commit to attending all four sessions of the SCP program. Space is limited so early registration is encouraged.
Format & Agenda
- Four 2.5-hour interactive sessions
- Sessions 1-3 delivered via Zoom
- Session 4 will be held in-person and followed immediately by a graduation ceremony
- Sessions are held from 9:00 - 11:30am on Saturday mornings (dates below)
