City of Vista's Public Arts Comission and the Vista Art Foundation are partnering to sponsor the second annual photo contest. The juried competition is open to both professional and aspiring photographers and will be reviewed by professional photographers, artists and photography instructors.

Fees/Admission
Entry fees are $15/image for all entries submitted by non students; the student (currently enrolled in classes) entry fee is $5/image. All must be paid online. Image and fee can be submitted at www.photocontest.vistafoundation.org or mailed to 600 Eucalyptus Avenue, Vista CA 92084
