Mary is a trained expert in the art of Transformational Breath®. Transformational Breath® is a complete self-healing system which uses conscious breathing to facilitate improved well-being, inner peace and greater joy in life. Transformational Breath® is a unique form of Breathwork.

 

It works by facilitating the natural healing process for all types of trauma, is beneficial in gaining greater physical, mental and spiritual health, and in maintenance of optimal health.

 

This event will be held in the calming comfort of the Your CBD Store.

What should I bring?

Please bring two regular sized pillows, a yoga mat, a blanket, water and dress comfortably.
