One area of discussion will be California housing laws that are influencing development in Vista, including the Density Bonus Law, AB 2097, the Housing Accountability Act, and SB 330. These laws affect issues such as density, building height, parking requirements, and the City?s authority over housing development, all of which can have broader implications for Vista?s growth and business community.
