This month at our Government Affairs Meeting the League of Women Voters North County is scheduled to provide a Pros & Cons presentation.
Pros & Cons is a nonpartisan presentation that explains the 14 state propositions on this November’s ballot, using various sources from the California Secretary of State. It provides concise background information, describes what each measure would do if passed, and outlines its fiscal effects. The supporters and opponents of each proposition will be identified, along with the main arguments and financial support for and against it.
We'll also receive updates from our representatives from Federal, State, County and City government. Keep up on what is happening in our community.
Lunch option costs $10.
