Open to the public. Local artists gather to share the cost of a costumed actor/ model and be around other artists. Sponsored by The Vista Art Foundation ( a non-profit art group ). Artists use all mediums, oils, pastels, watercolors, charcoal etc... Sept. 7th will feature actor Sandra Ellis-Troy re-creating her role as Aunt Eller from "Oklahoma" at the Moonlight amphitheater in Vista. What a treat! Sponsored by The Vista Art Foundation.
