VUSD District Band Showcase

The United States Coast Guard Band is scheduled to perform a free concert on March 19th at the Moonlight Amphitheater.
 

Due to the federal government shutdown, the U.S. Coast Guard has cancelled their Southern California tour. Unfortunately, this means they will no longer be able to perform at the Moonlight Amphitheatre as originally planned.

Rather than cancel the event, we are excited to pivot to a VUSD District Band Showcase featuring outstanding student ensembles from across the district. Performing groups will include:

• Madison Middle School Mustang Band
• Vista High School Wind Ensemble
• Rancho Buena Vista High School Wind Ensemble

This will still be a wonderful opportunity for our students to perform on the Moonlight stage and for the community to experience the strength of our music programs.
