General Restaurant Manager (English/Spanish)

Are you a dynamic, bilingual leader with a passion for the hospitality industry? Wildwood Crossing and Cantina, soon to be Rancho el Agave, is seeking an experienced General Manager fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. As we embark on this exciting transition, we are looking for a positive, creative individual with excellent energy, attitude, and leadership skills to drive our restaurant to success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase profitability.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to optimize cost-efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee development.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with staff and customers.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Certification in restaurant management or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems, preferably Toast, and other restaurant management software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, creative thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
