Responsibilities

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

You are an eCommerce maven—with a stellar understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals, and how to apply them to the specifics of online commerce. You have a solid grasp of the levers that can be pulled to drive increased order value & long-term customer loyalty—with the ability to put together a plan that defines and meets key targets. You are a natural leader that can build and motivate a high-performing eCommerce team.

You are a Dr. Bronner’s enthusiast who aligns with our company values. As Dr. Bronner’s Senior eCommerce Manager, you will oversee customer account management, pricing strategies, new product offerings, digital marketing, automation, data reporting as well as shopper insights. As more customers shop Dr. Bronner’s products online, the opportunity exists to bring more consumers into the brand and share with them our All-One! vision.

 

Your duties will include:

  • Runs all aspects of webstore (drbronner.com) including ownership of P&L and creation of yearly budgets and management of strategic 3rd party online key accounts and marketplace vendors
  • Partners with relevant sales and marketing team members to define promotional calendars, brand marketing execution and success metrics that will drive 40% increase in revenue in first 12 months
  • Works with content team to develop digital strategy across multiple channels including email, social, affiliates, and SEM to align with company goals and vision.
  • Analyzes eCommerce business and ROI reporting including web analytics, competitor reports and ad hoc reports for analysis to senior team members.
  • Utilizes best practices and key learnings to assist in the development and management of strategic 3rd party online key accounts and marketplace vendors including Amazon, Thrive Market, Target, Walmart and international platforms such as T-Mall.
  • Monitor website usability and the consumer experience in partnership with 3rd party vendors to improve site performance, merchandising options, engagement, and conversion.


Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related degree or experience
  • 5-10 years of Direct-to-Consumer business development, eCommerce and digital marketing with a global brand

Any combination of educational and work experience that would be equivalent to the stated minimum requirements would qualify for consideration of this position
