Compadre Brokers is looking for a driven, personable In-House Sales Rep to work warm real estate leads and build agent relationships. You’ll be the first voice new clients hear, the one who keeps follow-up tight, and the bridge between homeowners, buyers, and our agent team.

We provide the leads, the systems, the AI tools, and the brand. You bring your energy, consistency, and people-first approach. Earn a 15% split on closed deals with real opportunity to grow into a full agent or loan officer role if that’s your path. Or you can just earn up to 6 figures in your PJs.
