About the Position:
As our Lead Groomer, you are the heart of the Scenter. You’ll provide expert leadership to our team of groomers and bathers, ensuring every dog leaves happy and healthy.
- This is a leadership role: create a positive, open-communication environment where teamwork is the top priority, beginning with the morning's Daily Huddle
- We specialize in Functional Cuts: one length all over with a neat face
This Position Requires:
- At least 1 year of grooming experience or graduation from a grooming school
- Knowledge of dog breeds, care standards, and tools of the trade
- Willingness to work in a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
- Fluency in Spanish a HUGE plus
