Sports Coordinator

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Vista is seeking a highly organized and responsible Individual to assume the position of Athletic Coordinator. The position is responsible for providing customer service for the athletic middle school and club programs, as well as communicating with parents, coaches and school administrators on a daily basis.

Major Responsibilities:

· Organize player registrations using sports registration program

· Track and enter attendance

· Manage and maintain sports equipment and uniforms

· Adhere to all Boys & Girls Club, district, and school policies

Skills Required:

· Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Publisher)

· Excellent communication skills

· Detail Oriented

Qualities Desired:

· Able to establish and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and school administrators

· Positive Attitude

· Fluent in Spanish
