Happy Times Child Development Center

About Us

Happy Times Child Development Center serves infant, preschool and school age. Enrollment shall be open to any child, provided the center can meet the needs of the child. All Children shall be placed in a safe, nurturing and learning environment in which classmates are of the same age. Happy Times CDC, is a privately owned facility; licensed by the state of California.
