A custom second-story studio ADU designed primarily over an existing garage to create independent living space on a property with limited room for a ground-floor addition.
This studio combines sleeping, living, dining, and kitchen spaces into one efficient layout while maintaining comfortable circulation throughout.
A deteriorated 1920s garage and shop was structurally rehabilitated and transformed into a modern one-bedroom ADU while preserving the existing building, including its substantial old-growth framing.
