About Us

At Perspectives for Thought Therapy, I offer a collaborative, trauma-informed space designed to help you navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions with clarity. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed Brain Spotting. Therapy is tailored to your unique experiences and goals, helping you create real shifts in how you think, feel, and relate to others.

I also offer couples therapy with principles of Emotion-Focused Therapy and Gottman, and court mandated therapy for DUI, parent/child reunification therapy, or Co-parenting therapy. My weekly GROUP process therapy meets every Wednesday at my office in Vista (requires one intake session before joining).
