We are committed to delivering authentic flavors and exceptional dining experiences, and we are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of culinary experience, with a focus on Mexican American cuisine. Whether you are seeking part-time or full-time employment, if you are dedicated to creating delicious dishes and providing excellent service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by adhering to established recipes and standards.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, specials, and promotions.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve menu offerings.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience, with a focus on Mexican American cuisine.
  • Proven track record of leadership and kitchen management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques relevant to Mexican American cuisine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
