Solatube International opens Vista headquarters for San Diego Climate Week community event
VISTA, Calif. (Sept. 24, 2025) — Solatube International Inc., a Kingspan Light + Air Company, the global leader in tubular daylighting and ventilation systems, will open its Vista headquarters to the public on Friday, Oct. 3, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., for a full-day community event as part of the inaugural San Diego Climate Week (Oct. 1–8, 2025).
The free event will showcase how local businesses, municipalities and artists are advancing climate resilience through a program of panel discussions, guided factory tours, climate art and community engagement.
Highlights include:
- Business in Action panel: Leaders from Solatube, Plastic Beach and other North County businesses will discuss how companies are moving toward carbon-neutral and carbon-positive practices.
- North County Cities Climate Impact Showcase: Representatives from Carlsbad, Vista, Oceanside and Solana Beach will share initiatives and resources with attendees.
- Factory tours and art walk: Guests can explore the company’s sustainable operations and view climate-inspired art throughout the facility.
- Artist talks and reception: Curated in partnership with the San Diego Art Directory, local artists will present works that explore the urgency and creativity of climate action.
